24th of May
Off to Pietermaritzburg.
Visit a christen organisation called "Walk in the light". The help te local Zulu people.
Visit an wild animal farm. We didn't know that crows could speak, but they were the best. Martin got bitten in his back by a bird while talkning to a monky.
Went to a museum off the "Comrades marathon".
Meeting with the local Rotaract club to have a presentation.
Barbaque together with the Swiss GSE that are here. Great place to share experiences.
Martin and Rickard stays at George Wessels that runs his own B&B called the "Hilton View". Got a tour off the local pubs late at night. |
25th of May
Vocational day.
Rickard: The goverments realestate office
Martin: Computer company called Computer Connection
Masha: Home styling firm
Emma: Newspaper
The weather has gotten colder now when moving inlands. People here still carries shorts in the evening.
Meeting upat a big casino, where the guards carrie big shot guns in the parking lot.
Presentation with the Swiss at a Rotary club.

26th of May
Off to the district conferance in Drakensberg.
Dinner with all the people at the conferance. Slava turned in to John Travolta on the dance floor.
Martin and Rickard stayed at farmes. Martins family sad that he shouldnt be worried if he woke up in the middle of the night hearing drums in the maize field. That was just a funeral for Zulus.

27th of May
12:10 we had our presentation for 560 persons.
Mountainbiking in the mountains (about 10 km up in the mountains and back). Slava and Masha went on horses. |
28th of May
Meeting at 8:30 to clear out the schedule for the next week.
Slava went diving for sharks at hte coast. We all went back to Kloof in different cars.
Martin and Emma was invited to a dinner at their hosts neighbor. A lot of politics were discussed. |
29th of May
Voucational day.
